Our sheds are made from galvanised steel box section, we in the main use two types of section when fabricating our sheds, 40 x 40mm box-iron or box section. We directly import this material from the EU where it is manufactured to the highest standard.

The box section is cut to length in our Co.Carlow. workshop where it is welding into pre-fabricated frames. All the the welds are cleaned and sprayed with Galv.-spray. The fact that our frames are welded gives them extra strength and rigidity. The frames are transported to site where they are bolted together to form the structure of the shed.
